Hilton London Croydon Hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area. The staff provide excellent customer service and are always available to help or assist. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were also impressive, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a delicious breakfast and special diet menus. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to others.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is only two stops away from Victoria on the train. It is also close to East Croydon train station, making it easy to access other areas. The hotel itself has public areas that are well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere. the hotel is situated near a church, adding to the overall charm.

The housekeeping at the hotel is lacking attention to detail, with guests reporting issues such as full bins and dirty carpets.

Helpful staff, clean modern room, toiletries and towels provided, good location for train to London, free car parking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Croydon. From the moment I walked in, the staff were lovely and cute. My room was upgraded, a pleasant surprise. It was really clean and spacious. The hotel had great facilities and a comfortable seating area in the foyer. The breakfast selection was really good. The location was convenient with nearby shops, cafes, and easy access to public transport. The staff were great, making me feel well taken care of. it was a wonderful experience.
