Hilton London Croydon Hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area. The staff provide excellent customer service and are always available to help or assist. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were also impressive, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a delicious breakfast and special diet menus. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to others.

It's just a short train ride away from Victoria, providing a convenient base for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. The friendly staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast offers a wide selection of options to cater to different dietary needs. Guests can also enjoy stunning views of the city from certain rooms.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is only two stops away from Victoria on the train. It is also close to East Croydon train station, making it easy to access other areas. The hotel itself has public areas that are well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere. the hotel is situated near a church, adding to the overall charm.

The housekeeping at the hotel is lacking attention to detail, with guests reporting issues such as full bins and dirty carpets.

Helpful staff, clean modern room, toiletries and towels provided, good location for train to London, free car parking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Croydon. From the moment I walked in, the staff were lovely and welcoming. My room was upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. It was immaculately clean and spacious. The hotel had great facilities and a comfortable seating area in the foyer. The breakfast selection was exceptional. The location was convenient with nearby shops, cafes, and easy access to public transport. The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel well taken care of. it was a wonderful experience.
